Mr. Tao holds a Patent Agent Qualification Certificate (certified in 2008) with over 20 years of professional experience. He graduated from Gansu University of Technology with a bachelor's degree in Hydraulic Machinery.Since 2007, Mr. Tao has been working at Beijing Liu Shen & Partners, where he served as a senior foreign-related patent attorney and manager of the Shanghai branch, accumulating extensive experience in intellectual property legal services. He was also invited as an advisory expert for the China National Intellectual Property Administration's "Intellectual Property Miles Campaign" and obtained European intellectual property training certification from the Centre for International Industrial Property Studies (CEIPI) in France.
