Responsibilities：
1.Understand and assess technical disclosure documents, draft patent application documents, and respond to office actions. Communicate with inventors and IPR departments as needed.
2.Provide clients with patent mining and layout consulting services based on problem-solving theories and patent search results.
3.Participate in patent reexamination, invalidation, and opposition procedures.
4.Fulfill other patent-related tasks assigned by leadership.

Qualifications：
1.Possess a patent agent qualification or practicing qualification, with over three years of patent drafting experience. Candidates with experience in renowned domestic tech companies are preferred.
2.Hold a bachelor’s degree or above in relevant fields such as microelectronics, integrated circuit design, communication, electronic information, computer science, physics, optics, automation, software engineering, automotive engineering, or mathematics.
3.Demonstrate strong engineering thinking and technical understanding.
4.Exhibit good communication, expression, coordination, and collaboration skills.
5.Candidates with patent examination experience are prioritized.
