Leo holds a Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Manufacturing from Beihang University and a Master's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Fudan University. With a solid foundation in semiconductor technology (backed by 8 granted effective invention patents), he has accumulated over 15 years of senior management experience in IP and legal affairs at renowned IC Foundry, third-generation semiconductor, and Micro-LED companies (at the director/VP level). He excels in trade secret management, patent mining, strategic layout, and operational management in the semiconductor field. Leo has participated in numerous domestic and international patent negotiations, acquisitions, transfers, and licensing deals, with a cumulative value exceeding 10 million yuan. He has also provided comprehensive IP strategic guidance and overall planning for several science and technology innovation companies, helping them successfully go public on the STAR Market.
